Terra Luxa is the first sustainably developed luxury community in Costa Rica to apply a whole-systems approach to master planning, designing and building. The main objective of our master plan is to minimize the impact to the land, water, plantlife, wildlife, and any endangered species therein. We are achieving this objective by the efficient use of natural resources and by using non-toxic and recycled materials whenever possible. Ultimately, our long-term goal is to preserve the environment while strengthening the local economy and increasing the quality of life for Terra Luxa's community members and neighbors alike.
